Spark Driver™ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The Spark Driver Rewards Program is for drivers who hit certain milestones. The program provides perks and offerings based on a driver meeting the program’s established tiers. Qualifying drivers must have completed at least 20 deliveries in a calendar month using the Spark Driver app and have a Green Customer Rating.

Customer Rating is determined by the My Metrics calculator in the app. Calculations are made as of the last day of the calendar month to qualify for rewards in the following month. Qualification for the Spark Driver Rewards Program is reevaluated on a month-to-month basis. If a driver does not complete the necessary number of deliveries or falls below a Green Customer Rating status as of the last day of the current month, they will be disqualified from receiving the rewards in the upcoming month. The driver will have the remainder of the upcoming month to qualify for the following month.

Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the eligibility requirements for the Spark Driver Rewards Program. Notification regarding modifications to the qualifications may be made available via email, SMS, in-app notification, or website posting. Walmart reserves the right to discontinue the Spark Driver Rewards Program at their sole discretion and without prior notice.

The rewards offered to drivers through the Spark Driver Rewards Program are subject to change. Rewards may be added or removed from the Spark Driver Rewards Program at the sole discretion of Walmart. Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Drivers are responsible for complying with all applicable terms and conditions. Drivers are not entitled to receive any monetary compensation as an alternative to the rewards offered through the program. If a driver does not take advantage of a reward during the month in which the driver qualified to receive said reward, Walmart is not required to extend the driver’s right to use or otherwise benefit from the reward.
